There's a reason why operas are almost always written in italian and almost never written in english; it just sounds stupid in english. The over the top gangster story doesn't do it for me either. Why can't he be a normal guy, what's with the gun shit?

To each his own. I would have just prefered a more common every day story, but then again I hate the way opera sounds in English so I probably wouldn't have enjoyed at all. That doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy it though. We all have our tastes. Just don't say it's better than any Mozart opera and I won't complain.

I like it.
At least he's doing something creative in the music-industry. Who else is doing videos of more than 10 minutes? Plus the way the music is written is really good. It kinda builds up a climax and then it goes down again, and then it repeats itself again. Pretty damn tight...

And why the comments about the gun in this video? I really don't get the impression that he's trying to portray himself. Can't you see that he tried to make some sort of mini-movie with this?

I don't really care about what happened in his private life, but as far as music's concerned, Kells gets all my respect. He knows how to produce...

Shit was mad corny to me. I laughed all the way through it, not because it was funny but because it was so over the top it became laughable. I just can't take anything R Kelly does seriously.

Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.
