Twinz are OK, I wouldn't say they're bad, but they do rely heavily on production.

2ndIINone, on the other hand, are complete ass on the mic and if it weren't for DJ Quik and Robert Bacon on production, Classic 220 would have been unlistenable.

I agree. Both those guys are really pretty horrible rappers, lyric and flow-wise IMO.

Diplomats and Cam'ron are pretty much always carried by the production. Great example is Diplomatic Immunity vol.1. Then again, that's not westcoast.

I really don't agree with 2nd II None either.  I fucking love Classic 220, its one of my favorite CDs to bump on a sunny day, and I think their melodic flow is awesome.
