After a Delinquent Habits concert, Duke and a couple of homies went to Tommy's in the Rampart district. His homies were getting into with some dudes in line. When Duke walked out of the Bathroom, he went to break it up. One thing led to another and one of the guys shot Duke right between the G and the N in his Los Angeles tattoo on his Neck.
