AllHipHop.com: Is Kurupt still on Death Row? [Kurupt declined to answer the question.]

Daz: No, he's not on Death Row, he is signed to Antra. But there is a lot of paper work with Antra, Koch, and Death Row. So s**t, I don't really even know. [Emphatic laughter]

AllHipHop.com: Is that going to delay the DPG album?

Daz: Nah, it ain't really going to delay it that much. We are just working out the details, because nobody really knows who he is signed to. And Koch is trying to put out a Kurupt album, Against The Grain, so we are trying to figure out who is he signed to.

LMAO wtf?

AllHipHop.com: What's good with that? Didn't Snoop squash his beef with Suge?

Daz: He can squash it, but we are all individuals, so I still say, “F**k him.” That's on them, I don't hang with nobody. We are our own gang. But he ain't nobody, so we really don't got to talk about it. He ain't getting paid off this.

aww shiet, the beef is gonna be on again thanks to daz

Tight interview, i really hope that Battlecat is producin for the ew DPG album and Pooh too, but it won't have that DPG feelin to it if Daz ain't producin, i hope he's jokin or somethin, but the truth is, like Daz even said himself "It'z All About That Money"...

It's not only Snoop being selfish, if you ask me. Daz first signed to SoSoDef to get some papers, and now he's making an album with Snoop quarterbacking it, just to get some papers. Shit, he's even releasing that DVD where he's dissing Kurupt all over it! It's ok tho, get your money man! But damn.. Kurupt did the same thing signing to Death Row: he just wanted more money, and he fucked up the DPG family just for them $. It's sad that they all can't really make a "real" reunion album without thinking about them damn $. I miss the old days, where Death Row handled all the business and they were just in the studio together, making dope music. Now Kurupt and Daz are about to make a reunion album and they dont even know who's producing it. Wtf? Daz got some tight beats, but he aint using it for this album since they aint paying him enought $ to use them. For his own DPG reunion album! Wtf? Snoop is quarterbacking it, so he'll let his own producers ruins it, like they did on the 213 "reunion" (?) project and he aint giving Daz enought money to let him produce the album. Wtf? It's all about the $. Sad shit. Anyway since DPG has never released a wack album, i'll wait to judge it, hoping it will be a nice surprise.
true shit

WTF??? Daz doesn't even know if he is going to produce a single track on the dpg reunion album. How the hell can it be a dpg album without daz handling most of the production. He said he might produce 2-3 tracks. This is very dissappointing news. This is exactly just like 213. I really had big hopes when I thought daz was going to handle most of the production and the album was going to be released next year meaning a potential classic. My anticipation for this album have just gone right through the floor. >:(

AllHipHop.com: Are you producing the entire record?

Daz: Na, I ain't producing none of the ones on the Snoop album.

Kurupt: Our [lyrical] chemistry together is just, so sick.

AllHipHop.com: But why aren't you producing on Snoop's DPG album?

Daz: There ain't enough money involved in that, especially since its on Koch. I'm producing the one that I'm going to own. But this album on Koch is going through Doggystyle Records. So I don't really dig Koch – f**k Koch. Snoop is doing the deal with them, so I'm going to do it, but it’s only a one album deal. AllHipHop.com: So who is producing on it then?

Daz: S**t, Snoop is going to handle that, I don't know who. I am just going to show up, do my part, and make it gangsta. But its going to be tight. I know we are going to have people like Battlecat, Terrance, DJ Pooh, motherf**kers like that. S**t, if they give me enough money, I'll do two or three tracks on the album. But the ones I got already, I'm keeping for myself.

sounds like some "213" type shit.

yeah snoop is a selfish guy. this will flop BIG TIME. snoop quaterbacking it? LOL what a joke. i hope you read this snoop. a BIG FUCK YOU TO YOU BITCH. and im glad the homies TRU LIFE didnt sign to your ass. you cant do shit for them and they knew that.

You niggaz are stupid. Always quick to blame Snoop for somethin and he is the only one willing to help them and you out. All yall bitch niggaz from holland, and switzerland and shit wouldnt even be able to get ya greasy ass hands on it if it wasnt for snoop. That shit wouldnt be a major release without snoop. Me im in Cali ima get mine regardless. But yall act like snoop told Daz not to produce. Just like yall think snoop told Warren not to produce. ITS THE FUCKIN RECORD LABEL. They dont wanna give niggaz Advance money and then have to PAY them for producing records.  They think hey its your record you produce it yourself for FREE. thats why daz is not producin on the album. Thats why daz wants to drop another one. NOT because snoop is saying daz doesnt have it anymore. Its because daz doesnt get paid for produces for Daz. Its fuckin pointless unless HE is going to own the masters and publishing which he wont. This is the same shit that happen with Warren and yall are too fuckin dumb to realize. Stop bitchin about snoop witout him yall niggaz would be STARVING.
