Snoop is quarterbacking it, so he'll let his own producers ruins it, like they did on the 213 "reunion" (?) project and he aint giving Daz enought money to let him produce the album. Wtf? It's all about the $. Sad shit. Anyway since DPG has never released a wack album, i'll wait to judge it, hoping it will be a nice surprise.

I agree with you...even when dpg reunites..it's not the same. Back then, it was just about DPG...l

we all got our opinions but pretty much we should all be thankful that this is happening

nobody ever thought they'd get back together, and now there's news of 2 CD's comin out

one DPG with Battlecat and DJ Pooh etc...

that's pretty tight if you ask me

and then another one later on WITH Daz on the tracks producing, that's even better

hopefully the first one will be a treat and the next one will be better

I think we should all just forget about the labels, money, etc.. business crap cuz all that counts is the quality of music

and just be thankful that we can once again get more DPG albums

I'm just happy to see them all back working together and releasing some new music. I know it's not going to be the same as it was back in the day. It would be dope if the artists could all chill in the studio all day and whoever was feeling a beat just hop on it and having 3 dope producers in the same studio all knocking out beats. That made some of the most classic and timeless material. Back then it was new and fresh, the artists all had a strong hunger and the prides and the egos weren't as big as they are now. They also have families now and politics get in the way to where it's just not going to be totally the same. I'm still hopeful that they'll put out some dope music even though it's not the same as it was.
