ANyone know how to make a website?

I want to make a website of my own...what program should I use?  Could I use notepad?  THX

its what every pro uses to make websites but you if you aint got a clue about how to make one dont use it, just use frontpage, anyways what kind of website are you trying to do?

I want to start a business of my own, it's a music busines (sort of)...community based type.

ok then you need a web designer with some sort of experience so people take your business seriously

Yeah...need some sort of exp...what should I do?  I think there's a class for it, right?

yeah but you also need some graphic knowledge, dreamweaver is just to put it together
