SOCCER SEASON 2005-2006 PREDICTION
« on: August 06, 2005, 06:03:48 AM »
With Sly Jome doing this thread about the Premier League (propz to him) I came across an idea to predict winners of the 5 most European leagues (Italy, Spain, England,France, Deutschland) the Champions league and of the World Cup. I know we are very further of these events but like Nas says: soon or later we'll see who the prophet is"

My picks : Premier League: Chelsea
              Calcio : Juve
              Liga : Barça
             Bundesliga : Bayern
             Ligue 1 : I take a risk for once : Monaco
Champions League : Juve or Barça (I'm gonna go to see the final in Paris)
World Cup: Brazil ( Ronaldihno, Ronaldo, Robihno, Adriano, Kaka  Damn, gonna see some games not further from I live too)  8)

you don't take a risk for Ligue 1 when Lyon has won it 4 times in a row  8)

Its a risk banking on any Gerard Houiller managed team to win the league.

Not when they just bought the Norwegian "superman" John Carew who scored 3 goals in 1 game in the French edition of Charitiy Shield..  :D ::)

But who is also the very same John Carew who has started well, but ended up being offloaded by every club hes played for.

That's why I put superman in apostrophes, because he's a arrogant self-centered moron who thinks he's too good for any team.
The French league can't be any good if Carew can score 3 goals in one game against one of the top clubs.
