I want to buy some clothes but I don't have a credit card, and I don't know how that PayPal works...what I need is some websites that sell clothes and you pay them through post office or Western Union...or if anyone wants a deal, I can send the money and you can send the clothes, but it gotta be straight faire, NO HUSTLIN (like I'd know it before ))

Walk into any bank with a valid ID and ask to open a checking account, ask for a student account if you're young. Bring a check to deposit and thats that.
