Just checked cduniverse, and it says its now coming out September 13th.  It says its coming out on Interscope Records too :o  There's also a new/more detailed tracklist.  Here's the link and the tracklist.

^how so? i dont see any promotion for this album. interscope doesnt promote their rappers...unless theyre signed to G-Unit, Shady, or Aftermath
