Trevor Nelson mentioned this on his Sunday night radio 1 show how similair the Niggaz Nature Remix off of Pac's UTEOT sounded like Whats Luv by Fat Joe feat Ashanti. Well I listened to that track again and it is pretty much the same. And guess who produced What's Luv, well it's that beat snatcher extordinare otherwise known as Irv Gotti. This guy doesn't just sample songs, he takes the whole beat and then takes credit for it.

Yeah, the beat is pretty similar, same kind of piano riffs. I don't really like the beat to the "Niggaz Nature remix" anyways so it doesn't really bother me. Also, Ashanti's vocals are pretty similar Lil Mo's, don't know whether that's got anything to do with the beats being similar but I just thought i'd add that
