you'd have to basically be burpin out smoke all over em to get em high, I'd imagine if it can be done that you gotta really be lettin off fumes   
I doubt it though, I think it's more of a playful thing to say like "you're so high that I got high off contact from talking to you"

Most of the THC sticks to your lungs as soon as you inhale, so the exhaled smoke doesn't really have enough content in it to get someone high...You get high by smoking, that's it.

on a related thing.. ya'll must have done "blowbacks" where u reverse the joint and puts it carefully backards in their mouth blows the smoke out while u inhale..
the next step  is the risin blowback where u start crouched and both rise up while doing it.. that'll get u fucked..
even further.. do a rising blowback then have someone else grab the person inhaling from behind and squeeze their stomach/chest and spin them around... proper fucked up!

you've all prob done then just got different names,  its where some1 places a baseball cap over their face, but the cap has got to have the normal bit missing at the back of hats where the adjustin strap is... then you set it up as you would do a blowback but insteadin of blowin into their mouth you blow it into the cap over their face bongin it out, then simple just inhale all the smoke and then take the hat away wit tha feelin of a champion lol.... that gets you fucked but also makes ya cap smell real bad  ..
