Yeah, you're gonna need to go to court and all that good stuff. Basically, they make sure you're not a criminal not trying to change your name to get away from anyone. And if someone wants to protest your name change, they will have to show up in court. They put your name change in the newspaper for a couple of weeks aswell. So if unless you're a criminal, it should all go smooth for you if you are serious (I doubt you are serious though).
