RIP Jome for the 10th time

OSLO, Norway, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- A ??-year-old Oslo, Norway, youth was killed while following Internet instructions to make a bomb.

The explosion blew out windows in the unidentified youth's apartment, and injured his 19-year-old brother. Three other teens in the apartment were not injured, the BBC said.

Police evacuated the three-story building as they tried to determine the risk of another blast.

"At the scene we found written instructions on how to make explosives and some powder that the youngsters had mixed," Inspector Vidar Hjulstad told Norwegian public radio NRK.

Investigators said they don't believe the teens had links to any extremist groups.
