im searching for a song about growing up and the tribulations that come with it..
do you know any?
need it for school, making a soundtrack to go along with my paper 8)

Somehow, that's the first one that comes to my mind.

Eminem has plenty on the Slim Shady LP and Marshal Mathers LP. Kill You, Brain Damage, etc.

tnx, i'll check it out, but i dont want it to be about growing up in the hood (if thats the case with eminem) or anything like that as i am not from the hood..

Don't you know Brain Damage? It's about him growing up, being bullied on his first day in school. Good track by the way. But you gotta relate to the songs for yourself? I don't know, that makes the question a bit harder. I'm guessing you can't to relate to "dead prez - They schools" then ;)

"De La Soul - Jennifa taught me (Darwin's revenge)" maybe? :P

i knew it, but forgot all about the content :-X
it's not that i really have to relate to it, but the paper is about growing up in general and the different evolutions u go through during puberty.. (mentally, sexually,...) but a song about growing up or something is alright..

i'll check out the de la song :)

lol at the "they schools" song for turning in into school  ;D
