I'm going to visit New York for the first time with my family. I'm from Cali and I want to know where are some place to visit for site seeing and stuff like that. Thanks in advance.

damn man there is so much to do out there its not even funny....the first time i went we went for a full week 7 days.....and i still didnt completely get to do everything i wanted to do......here is just some of the stuff i can remember doing....

-empire state building

-statue of liberty (Ellis Island) (Imigration Museum)

-World Trade Center Site

-Yankees Stadium

-Central Park (Central Park Zoo)

-Rockafeller Center

-NBC Studios (Conan O' Brian)

-Times Square

-Coney Island

-Brooklyn Bridge

-SOHO

-Little Italy

-5th Avenue (NBA Store and many other big named stores)

-Broadway (i suggest if you watch a show to watch Avenue Q that shit is really funny)

-Subway of course you have to ride on that thing....the system there is amazing

-Guenghiem Meseum of Art

-Big Macys

-Madison Square Garden

-Grand Central Station

damn man im sure im missing a bunch of stuff still ...but that should get you started a little.....first time i went for a week and thats pretty much all i did site see but ive gone back since then and thats when i did my partying....some of my favorites have to be

empire state building, statue of liberty, and i love TIMES SQUARE....

and if you go to the World Trade Center Site make sure you dont go before you want to go out and party or anything....it is very depressing....not because how it looks more just because what happen and all the stuff you see on the fence with the memorials and stuff...

try to hit up a show at BB kings in times square, look up their site, or ticketmaster. its a great venue right in the middle of times square

haha hit up the times square mcdonalds. they got plasma screen menus and everyone sitting at a booth gets to watch their own tv. kinda crazy

new york manhattan is so fucking dope. i wouldnt mind living there a few years.

im trying to hit up the neighborhoods toot hough, my neighbor from last year was from brooklyn. so when i go back with him, it'll be dope.

empire state building is dope as hell too. crazy ass view

you should hit up Carnegie Deli too, and try to finish their $20 sandwich. the tourbook describes it as enough to feed you for lunch dinner and lunch the next day. but i spent about an hour eating one sandwich and finally finished it. haha shit was ridiculous. i ate that and then had to walk from there to guggenheim.. i never been so full in my life before.
