Since they're back to back on tha album, I wanted to ask this question...I pick "Get Up"..."Get Down" is bangin' but "Get Up"'s beat has more of a Quik feel to it to me...Game's hook & verse are real dope, & AMG came off nice on his verse... 8)

When I skip past games verse, I really like Get up more. But Chingy sounds better with Quik then Game.

I think there both equally dope but if I had to choose just one, I'd actually go with Get Down with Chingy.  I really thought Chingy brought his "A" game there.

Sometimes when I bump the album it doesnt even seem like a new song comes on when it changes from get up to get down. I prefer Get Up
