Does Anyone Else Have Sports Memorabilia?
« on: September 01, 2005, 08:42:46 AM »
This is some stuff I found in my room when I was cleaning the other day. I have a gang of other stuff somewhere else in the house. Does anyone else collect these? I doubt I'll ever sell them, but it would be interesting to get a price quote on some of these.

Signed by Bert Blyleven

Signed by Kirby Puckett

Signed by Nolan Ryan (scuff marks made by Kent Hrbek from a home run  ;D )

Another signed by Kirby

Signed by Rod Carew, Tony Oliva & Tom Kelly

Ball used in the 1987 World Series

From Eric Milton's first MLB no-hitter

Framed picture of the Final Four when it came to Minneapolis

Signed by Ron Gardenhire

How'd you get it? Was there an autograph deal at the end of the game or were you just going around asking each one to sign?

Damn! You sitting on some prized material there. I don't know if Barry Bonds will be inducted into the Hall of Fame after that steriod scandal (probably), but the rest of those guys are legends. Definately some things to hold on to for a long time.

My dad has a whole grip of pictures of famous people he helped remodel their houses.....Eric Estrada, Snoop Dogg (he built his dog kennel), Lupillo Rivera and other spanish and mexican singers that i do not know, Manny Mota, Roseanne Barr, Paul Karya, and some washed up dodger players from the early 90's that i dont know, oh yea, orel hershieser (sp?)... i met him a whole grip of times, i guess he wanted to have like his own construction company as well or his brother did and he was gonna help him out, but it never happend, but yea, me....i dont have shit, autographed stuff from underground hip hop artists, which wont be anything later on unless the legends or pigeon john or any LA underground hip hop artist blows up
