The West Coast has seen many groups come and go, but one that is here to stay is the promising duo Stico & Da Bandit. Coming straight out the Inland Empire, Stico & Da Bandit recently released a mixtape called "Real Spit Vol. 1". The mixtape features the banger "On One" produced by Dr. Stank, which earned them 2 Inland Empire Music Awards for Best Song as well as Best Urban Group.

"Real Spit" comes with guest appearances from Bishop Lamont, Lunch, Seefor, Gambit, Shorty Mo & Real, and others. The production was handled by the I.E.'s finest producers Dr. Stank, Fingazz, and Crackajack.

Westcoast2k got 2 songs from the "Real Spit" mixtape for preview, plus a bonus Remix of the single featuring Sly Boogy. The first track is the Dr. Stank produced single "On One" which is a certified banger. The second track is called "Retarded" and features Aftermath's Bishop Lamont with Crackajack on the production.

These dudes are cool, they one of them gave me their mixtape at Powerhouse, i was telling him he must be doing something right with all the new West MC's helping him out, he was bugging because i knew who Bishop Lamont, Dr.Stank and Sly Boogy was, yeah theyre big on the internet but no one knows them outside that really, in their hometown is a different story...when i finally listened to it i was like oh shit! its not that bad! Bishop Lamont, Dr.Stank arent just doing drops for them theyre doing songs with them and theyre bangin!
