Don't think there's a official definition of "flopping". Of course, when you're boasting about your album sales going to be like The Massacre's while you're a no-talent rapper, you can easily consider your own album a flop even before it gets released.

Yayo sold 39,157 copies this week, and that´s horrible for an artist on a big label like Interscope and Yayo might have a hard time re-couping coz in 3 weeks he´s sold 324,233. and Next week he´ll prolly sell 25k so this album won´t go platinum.
