Melloe Won Of The Doty Boys & Dr. Dre? - September 30, 2005 By : Rud
Earlier this month we introduced you to The Doty Boys (pronounced doe tee) the group which consists of Melloe Won and Moe Moe. The duo who have, over the years, worked seperately with various crews are school friends who have decided that joining forces, combining their skills was the way to go forward. The Doty Boys have rocked crowds in their hometown of Hawthorne, CA, taken their talents nationwide on a variety of car show tours such as Hot Import Nights, Import Revolution and Import Showoff and have had the chance to hone their performance.

We dropped two audio tracks from the their latest release in the last update which i have re-included with this one, this time we are back with incredible news and yet more hot audio.

Melloe Won is out grinding with his solo mixtape "The Next On The West," his buzz has clearly reached the ears that count and as a result is negotiating a deal with a major label, one of which is Dr. Dre's Aftermath Record imprint. On the new mixtape, "The Next On The West," Dr. Dre has signed off a beat for Melloe Won which features a verse from him, Snoop Dogg & Nate Dogg, if that isn't big i dont know what is! Now many of you will have heard the Dr. Dre verse but the beat and other verses are funky fresh! The track, "There They Go," will be hitting radio stations soon but Melloe Won hit up dubcnn with the exclusive!

If you want to support Melloe Won and pick up a mixtape then if you head over to CD Baby, purchase the album and hit me up with Proof of Purchase and Melloe Won will personally send out a copy of the mixtape to you! This is major people, yet another artist that dubcnn is promoting is making waves and pushing for that break, lets continue and support the westcoast by checking out the audio below and purchasing the album to get the mixtape! Please drop feedback over at the world famous
WCC Forums and hit me up if you buy the album to get a mixtape sent out! Enjoy the audio below and click the mixtape cover above to see the full version!

This is terrible and obviously Dre would never make a beat that incredibly monotonous or work with an artist that sucks that bad on the mic.

is it up at dubccn?
Hittman is not a real person. He was a computer program generated by Dr. Dre and Mel Man back in the mid 90's. When Dre started treating Mel-Man like shit, Mel infiltrated the computer and put a virus in the hittman program

That's seriously Dre? The beat was horrible and why did they use an old verse?

The first guy was just horrible, I could barely listen...Nate's vocals were also terrible now that I think of it.  Does sound like a new Snoop verse tho/.?

Yep it sounds like he took about 2 minutes to make it, I've never heard a Dre beat that is so simple.

This is probably a beat Dre made one time and he put it on the side coz of its weakness. Though usually Dre doesn't allow to leak, give,  these leftovers
