Nate Dogg - Ghetto Preacher & The Prodigal Son (sort of greatest hits)

aren't those sort of exactly G Funk Classics Vol 1 & 2? with a couple of tracks changed from disc 1 to 2 and vice versa?

Kinda. The two are available separately in Europe, with Nobody Does It Better on Ghetto Preacher instead, but with no "Where Are You Going". The Hardest Man In Town is on both discs.

Then you got the double disc pack, with The Hardest Man in Town on the Prodigal Son only.
