Who can help me, making a paypal account?

www.paypal.com doesn't include Romania in their list...and i really need a paypal account because it seems all the sites are using it, and i can't buy shit without a paypal account. so...

you can go to your local bank and put money into an paypal account and i think you can do that in most countries in the world. if not then i donīt know what you can do ???
