Anyone catch the new episode of ''South Park'' last night?
« on: October 20, 2005, 10:23:43 AM »
Pretty funny start to the second half of season nine. Touched on Hurricane Katrina and heavily spoofed that movie The Day After Tomorrow. Hence the name of the new ep ''Two Days Before The Day After Tomorrow''.

Some typically funny moments involving Cartman, Kyle, and 'Jew Gold', and they even made note of Kanye's rant at Bush with a very funny line involving beavers. Well, I won't say anymore in case anyone is waiting to see it. All in all, I'd rate it a 7/8 out of 10. Far from classic, but still worth watching and good considering it was the first episode of a new run and they haven't hit their stride yet.

For those interested, you can download the ep at http://www.awesomo.net. They have a few torrents and http links online.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Hilarious as always. As I usually do, I agreed very much with the views of the great Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

Son of a bitch, haven't seen ComedyCentral in a while, forgot that the new episodes come out around this time. I'll just wait till the weekend when they show the rerun.

Haha...''WE DIDN'T LISTEN''!

''GEORGE BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BEAVERS''!

I also liked the part when Stan says to Kyle that he knows what broke the dam, and he starts guessing at what it could be...

''George Bush? Terrorists? Global Warming? ....Cartman?''

Hittman is not a real person. He was a computer program generated by Dr. Dre and Mel Man back in the mid 90's. When Dre started treating Mel-Man like shit, Mel infiltrated the computer and put a virus in the hittman program
