anyone ever had 4 cramps in one leg ? couldnt stretch it out, coz each muscle needs a different stretch, ended up curlin up into a ball close to tears...  :'(

I get them in my calf once in a while. I just stand up and they go away in about 30 seconds but my leg is sore for the rest of the day.

a couple years ago that shit would happen to me once in a while....

it hurts so bad, you do feel lke crying.... I just swear repeatedly

one time when I was like 13 I was sleeping over at my friends and he had one so bad that he was like "mommy .... :'( " what a pussy

I told him I heard him say that the next day but he didn't admit it... it happens I think when you don't get enough Vitamin C maybe

It's cause you don't drink enough water. Vitamin C could have something to do with it too, but it's definately dehydration.
