Thats a decision on snoop  and his label, look at the last meal promo... it came out with some very hot songs... all the songs on the promo were eventually released, the only ones that weren't were "fathers day" and "money weak" ... and Money weak is going to be released on his new album... and it wasn't on this promo...

na i thought that was gonna be a totally different money weak...and if some of these tracks are real tight and are released on soundtracks but replaced with good songs but not as good as these ones thats the difference from a really dope album and just a pretty good one

nowadays you cant change that those bootlegs hit the net, so many people at the record labels got promos and bootlegs, and some of them just let it out i guess. and if they really wanted to keep those songs on the dl they wouldnt give it to so many people.

Yea its a PROMO which stands for PROMOTION... so this is an album to PROMOTE his new release and they want people to get excited over Paid The Cost To Be The Boss... usually promos are released to let the fans decide what songs should make the final cut.... right now all these songs are football players trying to make the team.... only the best ones survive... but in the music industry, you never know.

^^ Actually, man, we don't know where this came from for sure.  All we know is somehow they got out of dogghouse... probably on purpose, but they were probably meant to give Prioritiy an example of where the album is headed, heck we don't know.  If it was a 'fan' promo, it'd have dj's and stuff on it, I think.

Peace~

no thats when they give it to the dj directly, but for the fan it how it is now , only the quality isn't that good , thats it

but like nas one , he put some dogz barking over all the song so u could just listen for the pleasure of it
