Are there ghettos in Canada?

It seems like a pretty clean country with little crime, are there ghetto neighborhoods where just minorities live with lots of crime and shitty buildings and stuff? I remember on Bowling for Columbine Michael Moore had a little segment pointing out the Canadian ghetto and it was a nice apartment complex, was he right?

we had 3 killings on Halloween  ...in my city of Surrey, Britich Columbia, Canada.

there are some in mtl, like burgundy (la petite bourgogne). I've been to a lil city in gaspésie when i was 14 with my father, in fact we were lost, and that was the worst shit i saw in my life. i dont remember the name of the city but it was like people there were left to themselves. it was like africa in canada with white peeps. i dont know if this city still exist
