for me......

album of the year.....the game-documentary......nuttin this year was produced to sound as high class as this shit was from top to bottom....when father like son and the joint with mary j blije were the last two on this collection, they had to be some serious heat above it.....games lyrics aint all that...not great but not bad....he did the beats justice but he didnt always sound like one with them but to me he played his position, came dope...made dope music, thats whats its about......to me this album has great replay value also....game aint no xzibit on the mic...but to me as a album top to bottom u cant go wrong at all with bringin this as your opener.....lets see if his second is as sick.....ppl be sayin i hope he comes more westcoast on his next album.......i think he should have more westcoast cats on his album but i wouldnt change neither the production team or the sound to much, maybe just add a lil mo chronic funk to it but he shouldnt make the mistake 50 did after droppin his first album, he tried to switch things up big time on massacre but he wasnt ready to that at the stage he was in his career...

other great albums.....

common be.....both kanya and common get props and i aint gonna say nuttin negative about it as to why it didnt get album of the year but to me documentary deserves it for the overall package from production, music, replay value, games presence, heaters....how we do,lol...etc

kanye- LR.....its kinda weird how mad kanye switched up from his first album to this..........but what suprised me more is that in my opinion, he didnt fail.....its a sick attempt to follow up college dropout.....but i dont know what y'all think of this album but i hear nuff mixed reviews about this album, but i give kanye props for doin something new......or trying

dj quik........trauma.....in my opinion, this album is great.........quik lived up to his pressure from the westcoast this time around and i think the album is great but i dont think it has great replay value.....to me...

kanye west........stepped up his game in every department....production, making a collection of heat....exec producing.........on the mic......stepped up alot in my opinion

game....from the album, to the mixtapes, i think game knows how to drop heat, most cats either drop one set of heat and another set ot wackness or both sets of weak shit, but to me game dropped heat on both sets, while comin with different directions on each set, which shows he has shit to speak about still behind all the name droppin.....which i believe he should continue to do on his next albu, cuz he'd be a bitch to bow down to pressures and simply cut it all completely, i think its just needs to be def less of it and more in time......if ya get what im sayin, plus 300 bars shits on anything really diss wise this year to me.....in regards with how many cats he got at all together and the buzz it made.....jada n fat joe and so on came with their disses, which were heat, but game came beter than them on the gunit disses

50 cent - hate on him all y'all want, but nigga making so much paper he dont care.....he probably made money off tonys wack gold plaque joint.......plus he clever, he works with alot of news cats and shit when he exec producing gunit records so it dont cost him to much to make these albums but he picks their best beats, so he doin good.....then he had his own album.....made millions off that, games album, made millions off that, tours....film.....maybe not selling great but he made his paper....game, book, blah blah blah.........and he signin all these new cats and shit too.......this nigga set..............biggest mistake he made was sign spider loc though, if the rumour was true....

eminem......mr i dont jus dont giv a fuck, cussin nsync......racist tapes.......50's biggest groupie....goes to a rehab clinic for addiction to sleeping pills.........hahahahahahaha, bitch.....after encore homie really lost so much credibility......but now i heard his new joint......when im gone or someshit like that......and HIS STILL ON THE SAME SHIT........still......fucking still.....from bonnie n clyde, to kim....to halies song, mocking bird, dads gone crazy....crazy in love......am i missin some shit???lol.......homie should change the name of his album from greatest hit, to family hits......but to be fair, even though the production sounds like its amatuer and done like a leftover from eminen show, eminem comes kinda nice on it at times, specially near the end, he seems like his flowin correct again, but his still a lost cat for a long time.....oh and the joint on the biggies hits albums he produced, u know he was on the sleepin pills during the making of that....one thing ive always said about em is his melody and rhythm on his beats are always the same and it sounds amatuer alot of the time, but on this everything sounded so sick, i was shocked.....but then the drum pattern kicks in......hahaha, i think em must have banged his head on it a couple of times....and his flow, the fuck he thinkin, obie n puffy outshone him,lol.......and im sure after hearing these two tracks, nuff eminem groupies must be thinkin........."eminems back!!!!"lol

xxl-............biggest dickriding magazine in the history of hiphop.......okay so source sucked eastcoast dick so hard during a certain period of time in hiphop....but nobody has sucked onto a crew more than xxl has.....and we all know who im talking about.......

crooked i-.........this nigga should be a millionaire superstar in my eyes.......ppl say these days you need more than just skills to sell, u need to make good joints.......but what about when have both and even more.......crooked makes heaters, not just for westcoast cats but for anyone into hiphop and his lyrics can vary from selling shit to crazy shit.....biggest mistake he made........being death row records pin up cat before he left......cuz being with them niggaz is comittin career suicide for a new cat, cuz u made to diss niggas like the king of the westcoast, to the ace of hiphop.....u laready killed yourself before u walked through the door no matter how dope you be.....luckily he left and sometime in the future, he gets some real attention.....and becomes the real boss on a level he wants to be as long as he plays right

snoop- got big again with RnG......but to me the joints weak.....to musical.....i mean what is justin doin on a lp with him, but snoop be sooo versatile and comes different everytime.....will he come g'd up on this joint....how will he follow up the number 1 heat drop it like its hot......and biggest question....will the greatest combo in music reteam?

dre.........detox.......he sounds on chronic and 2001 always had that smoke fest sound to it and even all the way till restless lp, wash ost and so on had the smokin sound to it......BUT....from grodt.....he got a detox sound, its changed alot, its much more musically correct, still same dre, but it dont got the smoke feel it.....more a musical cleaness feel about it.....even on documentary....start from scratch....dre could make the darkest dre beats sounds like u could smoke weed all the time to but not on this.....sounds sick and clean, but detoxed......perfect name for his new style of beats if anyone else has noticed, but i mean, dre gotta bring some smoking funk onto detox! we'll see if it drops and if its hot!

yeah but this year he was meant to be doin big thing.......he'd left row.....but i guess u could say that about any year about him meant to be doing big things........but id have given him the title for last years award also.....since when cant a nigga win a award twice in a row?

my opinion homie......but i can see why cats would prefer be, like i said i got nuttin bad to say about be as im full of praise for documentary also...but trauma is dope, but to me lacks replay value, game dropped in jan and i cant still bump that shit from top to bottom if it gets a spin.....trauma already been played out
