i had decided not to buy it bcoz of all the reviews i read.....then i realized that this would be the only warren g album i didnt own
so i just got my copy yesterday....been bumpin ever since and will for a while to come

the album is really tight.

the bad reviews are prolly because not everybody likes some real smooth funk laid back shit....which is unfortunate

Rule number 1 when it comes to music is judge it for yaself.

People are saying Mack 10's album is wack and it isn't and i know coz i listened to it when it was leaked to tha internet then i started seeing all these lame ass reviews saying it's wack. 

If you haven't heard it as yet i suggest you give Hustla's Handbook a listen also and you'll see it's a good album also. Tha thying witt Mid-Nite Hour is that it wasn't what alot of people expected so they caught feelings.

I haven't bought it yet, but so far I've read mostly negative comments about the album. I don't purchase CD's based on reading reviews from others though...I check the music myself before actually purchasing it.

If I like the snippets at Amazon.com I'll buy it.
Anyways, yeah...you shouldn't rely on reviews when you're thinking of buying an album. Everyone has different tastes.

The album's nice. I don't understand what people didn't like. It's smooth, but at the same time, it doesn't sound typical. That's why I stopped taking people's reviews on here seriously a looooooong time ago.
