so, judging by the numbers on the poll, most people would torture and kill. Why is it then that people are opposed to torturing prsioners for information? These aren't regular prisoners convicted in a criminal court under the DOJ, they are known terrorists that have been under watch by Homeland Security

I'm a totally non-violent person, so I'd let the courts decide.  But that's only if they're black, latino, Asian, etc.  If they were a cracker, I'd force them to be MY slave and then I'd send them to the plantation to grow my product.  The thought of whipping devils and shouting at them to work harder until they collapse from exhaustion and die is an appealing one.
