i actually kinda agree with both......He will never be the big thing on the west but his flow personality/style is appealing he could be big like chingy is to the midwest where hes a factor but not on top........he has been in the game so long though and that will hurt him most likely he'll come with a really dope album but it won't be promoted like it should and won't be that big....i truly won't b suprised if he doesn't even have a second solo on doggystyle

lyrically soopafly is pretty dope.  way underrated.
 i think he should diversify his production a little, and at a minimum work with other producers rather than just rhyming over his own beats.  get some quik, get some bc.  he shouldn't try to produce the whole album himself.  soopa always rips those guest spots and posse cuts he does: "dogghouse america", "dogghouse in your mouth", "put your hands up"...etc.  work with other producers, focus on the lyrics.
