I get them all the time.the best thing for it is (SILENCE).lay down in your bed in the dark.................(no bullshit,but weed does help).it helps me to deal with the pain.oh!and eat some hot soup befor,and after...I promise it will go away.

well it's almost 9am here and I'm in for a day of heavy lifting and loud machinery.  So  I don't think I'll be getting any silence lol.  I got some crown royal in my bench, that might help lol.

Thats my favorite shit wright there!!that Crown!!(you cant take aday off?)and I would not fuck with that Crown untile its over.smoke a joint thats better.not because its weed,but natural herbs will kill the pain for awhile.that gunja will get you threw your day,without feeling pain(forreal).....oh!dont forget that hot soup myane.....but if you dont smoke.then drink some hot tea.good luck,it will get better.
