Who got paid vacation, and how much do you get ?? 
And what does the law say about paid vacation in your country ?

In Norway, everybody is required by law to receive 10.2% or 12% of last years salary in July/August, depending on how many weeks vacation you have.
Workers over 60 years shall receive 12.5% or 14.3%.

Whoever invented this concept should be considered a genius. 
Vacation money time is around the tax money refund time as well, a great time of the year, forget about christmas.

I only work 4 days a week.

i get 25 fully paid holiday days a year (americans replace holiday with vacation..)

IF you take holidays

The law says that every worker is entitled to at least 4 weeks of vacation each year, 5 in many tariffs, not counting sick days or other common holidays, and the 10.2% or 12.5% must be paid out regardless of how many weeks vacation you decide to take out.. I refuse to believe that you can take as much vacation you like each year and getting paid for it.

We dont automatically get 4 weeks here in Canada, it varies.  We do get vacation pay tho, and you can use it to bank time off, pay for holidays, or when you quit your job or get fired, they give it to you then.
