Sounds like Kurupt bigger than shit to me.  I'd bet money Kurupt wrote that.  It's his style of flow, his style of lyrics, everything.

Doesn't sound like Kurupt to me... Doesn't sound like Snoop at ALL.  Doesn't sound like RBX... doesn't sound like the d.o.c.  Just sounds DRE.  It's got Dre's style all over it, see how he keeps saying the word "Punk"... Snoop, Daz, Kurupt, DOC, RBX, they never say "Punk", it's a Dre thing.  Look @ how he loses the rhyme scheme on purpose towards the end... "What you niggas lookin at, you doin'... Goddamn, cause it's the city"  Doesn't even rhyme, he does that a lot, just drops into a statement, because he has a harder flow than Snoop or Kurupt or the DOC or Daz... Dre sounds like a bad motherfucker when he raps, so sometimes he just drops off rhyme and says something like the tough guy he is.  Also notice the rhyme scheme is pretty simple, with hardly any analogies or anything, just simplistic, old school style posing and bragging.  Dre wrote that.

For 'Let Me Ride', both Snoop and RBX get credit but it seems that it actually was RBX who wrote most of it. I gotta say that the rhymes of that track come across as a bit too complex for a Snoop rhyme while RBX has also said he wrote the thing ( 'Let them ride,cause I wrote that for Dre...(('Out wit da Old',from 'No Mercy, No Remorse')) Perhaps Snoop just did the chorus or some checking over the rhymes?

rbx is a class lyricist and doesnt get the recognition he deserves, same with daz hes a really good writer(wrote murder was the case by snoop)

Trauma pointed out "A Nigga Witta Gun"...that is the most obvious example of how Dre writes/raps.  He has pretty much no flow; he kinda stumbles through simple rhymes and offers nothing but posturing in lieu of any clever wordplay or metaphors, unlike just about any other rapper he works with.  As soon as his lyrics start getting to be a little more clever and a little more advanced in rhyme schemes and cadence structure, you know somebody else wrote it.

Dre is an amazing producer, but as a rapper, come on...any of ya'll that think he's at all talented need some SERIOUS chin-checkin'.  There's a good reason Dre prefers to avoid rapping whenever possible (and why his albums have other MCs' rapping as much as he does), and why his style always sounds so much like that of whoever's rapping with him (like on "Forgot About Dre"...come on now).

Huh?  Since when?  Just because he played the devil on that song doesn't mean he wrote it all.  And Daz isn't nearly as good a rapper as Snoop - his flow sounds nothing like Snoop's.
