what if u created a beat and its get jacked, wouldnt u be suing for 10 million?
Usually artist get a little bit of money for the sample, and the record lable pays for that, not the artist. And why sue Em, he ain't the producer, his the rapper, it's the producers job to check all music, then report samples to the company to get them cleared. It pays having family in the music buz, even if their artist only sold like 1,000 units, it's still experence on how to run the game. Anyways, even if Dre didn't know it was a sample, he still gots to check that, and the artist should not sue Em, it's not him that makes the beats. Dre should have been more careful with that. He has since fixed it, but $10 million dollars is a bit much. Maybe like $10 million of some lesser foreign money, and also he should know not to sue Em, but the producer and the record lable, they handle samples.
That 'pulsion' sounds just like it....weird... who knows... all i gotta say is... they better start crediting their samples... and 10 million dollars is a lot-Big BpG
