Funny, Scott Storch didn't even play on Em's last record.  A keyboard player named Tommy Coster Jr. did, he had that tight article about him helping created "The Real Slim Shady."

what if u created a beat and its get jacked, wouldnt u be suing for 10 million?

Usually artist get a little bit of money for the sample, and the record lable pays for that, not the artist. And why sue Em, he ain't the producer, his the rapper, it's the producers job to check all music, then report samples to the company to get them cleared. It pays having family in the music buz, even if their artist only sold like 1,000 units, it's still experence on how to run the game.  Anyways, even if Dre didn't know it was a sample, he still gots to check that, and the artist should not sue Em, it's not him that makes the beats. Dre should have been more careful with that. He has since fixed it, but $10 million dollars is a bit much. Maybe like $10 million of some lesser foreign money, and also he should know not to sue Em, but the producer and the record lable, they handle samples.

Eminem SUED? Wow, I'd never think it would come down to this...  ;D

This is probably some shit Dre ain't even responsible 4. I think Tommy Coster Jr. went home one night, decided to listen to some music for inspiration, heard this, went to the studio the next day an' was like: "Ay Dre, I came up with this here thing last night, check it out..." Sure, respect is due to the French guy, but C'mon! Suin' Eminem (who ain't even responsible) 2 years after the album comes out spells G-R-E-E-D. The Frenchie was just like: "Sacre bleu! Zis zounds like like my muzic á la piano! I bet there iz big monee in zis fyr moi!" (No offence to any French people.) Oh well. Em is already probably used to bein' sued.
