Vancouver is tha WestCoast too! That's part of tha movement, letting people know exactly all about our beautiful city. We got 2.5 million people plus and are exactly where l.a is but a couple states up. So it's in Canada, we a whole new market for tha westcoast that ya'll don't know nuthin' about. Ask Daz 'N'Kurupt if we westcoast? lol. Thanks for the feedback on the song. That sample was actually s'pose to come out wit me sounding ala; Cube hyping up the crowd, basically really hype sounding "what we wanna do,servin' um hitz",but homie added to much efx to it and it sounded a bit c&s but it still sounded tite imo so I quikly said leave it,it sounds cool.

Keep working on the delivery.  The effect on the hook is a little too much.  The 2nd dude rapping was pretty dope.  He fits the beat a little better.  The beat was cool but maybe a little repetitive.  Maybe you can bring up some of the other effects in the song to give it more variety.

No I'm not frontin' like I'm from Cali. Cali alone is not westcoast all itself. What about Az and Juice? Cool Nuts from Oregon? Mix-A-Lot and Kidd Sensation, Tha Parker Broz? Obviously not as big markets of music and entertainment as l.a and tha bay but STILL on the westcoast. I just love hiphop and I'm not trying to front make myself look like I'm from cali, I'm in the process of getting Vancouver known. What's up wit' Drama then? Not from ATL but that's where he made it., BowWow and Brat not from ATL but that's where they made it, Guerilla Black an them from the south aren't they, but made it from cpt, even dpg got roots in oklahoma right? So what if I were to move to l.a to further my career like them moving to a bigger city due to whatever reasons, family, career etc;.. I'm not scared to rep for the coast which Vancouver is on, or trying to say I'm from cali, and I just might move to l.a which I'd still let everyone know about Vancouver when I'm there.I keep it real wherever I go. Seriously come to East Van' and see how cool it is here. I'm asking for feedback on the hip-hop song I did not trying to prove anything, but that brings up a great idea for a song. By the way I'd love to talk to ya'll one on one about ya'llz critisms about vancouver. It's becuase ya probably aren't educated about Vancouver that ya'll say that, but let me educate ya'll on it then, don't trip,I get the same thing from the market sometimes cuz I'm native and native's aren't known in rap/entertainment that much yet, so go ahead I'm used to it, but really I keep it moving and stuff like this is an afterthought, and if ya really wanna have a conversation about it I'm cool wit' it. I put on for East Van'! So anyways, did ya'll feel the song or not?

lol, cool. Our attitude is gettin' like that up here too. Vancity is pretty rude as well. Lot's of the canadian people from the rest of canada say the westcoast city vancouver is real brash like tha states, whereas there citys populace is nicer, lol, so other canadians bash on us for that sometimes I don't mind, I see my self as uncolonized anyway so go ahead an' say fuck canada, like a native care anyway. I just got into a argument with some whiteboy from the suburbs about myspace the other week too, he was like fuck your mixtape I'll go on the net and download it, and I was like go ahead yo you can prolly get a link somewhere on my myspace for the free download, and he was like fuck that myspace that's american (lol, true canadian/suburbia attitude), and I was like nah homie myspace is money, and he was like no it's american! and I was like nah it's money and great promotion, and he was like, well it kept goin like that 'till I realized he was drunk and choking him out over myspace wasn't worth it. But yeah, you get your close mindedness from both sides of tha border, I luv it when they make fun of Canada on shit like the simpsons and family guy.I'm thinkin' who really cares? Like some canadian luving hick like I just mentioned from a place they actually got snow, and some hick from some patriotic racist place in the deep south (two kinds of people who might care) are ever going to meet up and go at it some day for the supreme title of cooler country.
