« on: December 08, 2005, 12:59:09 PM »
IIght its obvious that alot of hip hop artist from the Game, Snoop, and ja rule are jumping on the reggaeton band wagon.  I guess to try to get some love from the latin commnity or something.

Alot of it is sick (maybe bacause im PRican) but alot of it, like ja rule and NORE, seems like they just trying to save their career

i agree, as much as ppl hate on reggaeton, im a fan, and im kinda happy american artists are showing luv 2 da movement, its not a trend...its here 2 stay, and its still pre-mature, shits gonn grow even bigger 2 new levels.   I heard the songs daddy yankee did wit snoop dogg, paul wall n pharrell, also the joints don omar has been doin wit cuban link, fabolous, etc.....its only a matter of time before ppl start embracing it for wut it is, the music of the latin youth!! i understand why sum ppl hate on it, cuz they cant understand it..simple as dat...just like how sum ppl hate on the dance hall movement, etc...but as long as it keeps girls dancin 2 it, im fine wit it....im latin, and i embrace it just like i embraced hip hop all my life, but now finally the latin youth have something they can say is theirs.....and its only the begginning
