Dr. Dre... Only has classic albums out; pretty obvious. His 92 shit still bumps.
Ice Cube... imo the best rapper of all time out the west

Honorable mention:
Cypress Hill... Love the shit they did in the '90s; too bad I can only vote for 2 artists.
