Definitely not...but on the plus side, that means he won't fall off as hard as 50's done now.

Anyway, I'm not gonna say that Game's album will be a total failure without 50, but the fact is (whether Game's fans want to deny it or not), all of his biggest singles were those that featured 50 on the hook and on guest verses, back when 50 was still red-hot.  I think that as long as he has Dre on production, Game should still do pretty well, but it's hard not to think that the public is going to be a bit less enthusiastic about his album this time around.  Add this to the fact that the public finally seems to be getting a bit tired of thug/gangsta rap (note that there have been a lot of major-label thug rappers that flopped this year, while Kanye and Common became more popular than ever), and I'm a bit uncertain about what the future holds for Game.  He's still a pretty good rapper, but he doesn't have the kind of distinctive personality and penchant for adapting to the times that has given other rappers (such as Snoop, Jay-Z, and Ludacris) their longevity.

game needs to drop an album with the same quality as the documentary and he will outsell the doc
i think he could outsell it with the same promo budget he had back when promoting the documentary
i remember bilboard and all those websites predicted him to sell 360 k and 400 k and he ended up sellin 600 k
so u never know really promo wasnt THAT big for the documentary

As you can tell (from the avy and sig) that I'm a Game fan.. But I honestly doubt that he's going to do real good on his newest album.. For one, I think with the beef, he probably DID gain some fans, but I think he lost more than he gained.. Cuz it's some serious G-Unit dickriders.. Some use to be like "yeah, Game is nice, Game is the shit.. etc".. but now that he's beefin wit G-Unit, their like "Fuck the Game, he weak.. etc."

Game has def stepped up his mic skills.  And G-Unit is on the decline.  As long as Dre is heavily involved, Game has the potential to surpass The Documentary.  Hopefully he got all of the G-Unot shit out of his system and really focuses on his album.

Yea, I think he shoulda stoped at "Ghost Unit" but that's just my opinion. With stop snitching stop lying he might be taking it a little to far, but it remains to be seen. I mean common stealing 50's basketball hoop? Isn't that going a little to far?

I think it all depends on the production that he has on his next album.  He has stepped up his lyrics and his flow since the last album.  With the right singles he can achieve similar success if not sell more.
