iPods get confused alot. I solved the problem by resetting it to factory settings and uploading all my files back onto the ipod.

i bought an ipod mini this summer (well the summer that just passed) and...i hate it! i mean its cool while in use. but sometimes when i turn it off, it wont come back on. so i have to start the laptop up just so i can plug the ipod in and it'll work.

yeah iPod's are shitty man.... I got one though  ;D

I'm on my 3rd one in a year...... and it isn't like I overplay it or anything.... they make them shitty for a reason...  :P

luckily I got a warranty thing when I bought it.... so I've never had to buy one when it breaks.... I woulda been close to $1,000 spent if I didn't get the warranty

*get warranty's on everything  ;)   I've used them with other things as well

sounds like your battery is out of charge or your battery is faulty, if its still under warranty they will replace that

I've only had this problem, if you can even call it that. A few times my iPod has cut off too eventhough the battery was charged. Nothing serious thus far. My old 4G iPod took 6 months to break down though so I'll wait and see.

If this shit dies, I'll get a PSp or Zen. This is my last iPod.

if u remember my messed up thing with worldwidekicks, i said the money were "on hold" so i got them back, so i put a lil bit more cause it was all my saved money and i decided to buy that ipod Shuffle 1GB I REALLY HOPE i won't have problems with it, cause some1 from the states is sending it, so the warranty is useless to me..(i'll have to send it back, then receive it again...) i really hope they are good cause i don't want to lose this money (since i give up my winter holiday for saving those)
