CBS4's Dan Roche, Newsday and the AP are reporting that Johnny Damon has agreed to a four-year, $52 million deal with the Yankees.

It's not like this is going to help the Yankees win a World Series. Offence wasn't the problem last year for the Yankees, their pitching was the problem & they haven't exactly done much to fix that problem this off-season

who cares, this moves hurts the sox more then it helps the yanks.  In 3 years, damon will be the white version of the 2005 bernie williams.  There staff and pen still suck with the exception of mo rivera. The yanks will probably win the division but they wont make any noise in the playoffs.
