one thing that i find funny is where suge says   "I know they didn't want to battle against Kurupt lyrically cuz none of them guys can fuck with him on the mic" i dunno about y'all but either suge hasn't been able to hear kurupt's last  album and apperances  where he's lyricallly subpar  compared to xzibit, tray deee, bad azz, Em, hitt, ras kass, saafir, tash, j-ro, wc, Who are all down with kurupt and can be thrown into that friends list, or he just doesn't even know these artist exist, i love kurupt but y'all got to admit that kurupt has fallen off more than snoop , even unbiased people on sohh.com will tell you that , he went from having rakim like skills to having almost nelly like skills in the past 1 and a half years

Here's my take on it.......

Tha Row's new material is possibly some of the best stuff to come from the West Coast in years and marks a serious evolution for the company.  Where Death Row was more about music, attitude and a lifestyle, Tha Row has MC's, guys that can and will spit flames.

it says that they MIGHT have something... hell it doesn't even say they've heard a thing. 'its possible' means nothing. its possible i will find a bag with 1,000,000 cash in random unmarked bills on my way home from work tonight.

Tha Row's new material could possibly be the biggest bunch of washed up pop bullshit since Its Over. Maybe Kurupts really there teaching people how to sell out. Dropping a track with sisqo is a helluva start in this direction.

I know this sounds ultra sceptical.. but with death row u never know.. if they tellin the truth that is. They try and play games with shit.. remember suge's just admitted how he used top dogg (snoop-a-like) tha realest (wannabe 2pac) to irritate people... the Row's own forum is now almost dead. they hyped and hyped 'tha realest' and now he's been ditched.

TGFR proved that the Row's own artists couldn't do shit... ATL and Dresta had the only decent tracks on it. ATL were never properly on the row, only hutch was for production duties.

I feel ya homie...but how much of this falloff has to do with the fact that Kurupt maybe hasn't had any motivation in his life as far as being the one.
On Deathrow he was the illest...Let's face it.
When he was making his shit on the solo tip he was an average mc.
He now has the burden to be the illest again, He's on the Row...he must come with the real or he won't be accepted by the masses.
it's like we expect more from Kurupt now that he is back in his root's.

Word!.. DR aint released a solo album of new material since Michelle.  They got alot to prove.  Crooked I should be tight.. and so should Kurupt / Roscoe's group.  I'll support who ever is makin good music out The West.  DR gotta prove that they can do just that.. MAKE GOOD MUSIC!
