The lengthy piece of legislation would let police arrest people in public places who will not give their names, address and birth dates, even if they are not doing anything wrong.

The Ohio Patriot Act has made it to the Taft's desk, and with the stroke of a pen, it would most likely become the toughest terrorism bill in the country. The lengthy piece of legislation would let police arrest people in public places who will not give their names, address and birth dates, even if they are not doing anything wrong.

I agree, they should be arrested for that.If you are doing (or have done) nothing wrong you should have no problem providing that information to the Police.
If you are doing nothing wrong, then the police shouldn't have a problem with you. People have rights and freedoms, and the government is taking them away. Are you saying random cops should also be allowed to strip search you for no reason... I mean after all, if you have nothing on you, then you shouldn't have a problem with it, right?
