do you have a problem with smoking crack?  you've probably never smoked crack in your life, let alone smelled the smoke of someone else's crack or even held a crack rock.  it's always the cats with the least experience with the greatest opinions...

haha what is that...a crack add ;) ??

all i'm saying is this:
alot of people in this thread are real dismissive and disrespectful towards crack.  how many of these people have tried it once or twice, and can honestly say "i don't like it, it's not good shit".?!?  the keyword is "moderation".  addiction to anything is clearly bad.  addiction/overuse to crack takes it's toll on the body making it doubly bad.  but that goes for most things.

if a person were to say: "a little bit of crack here and there, in moderation, is an enjoyable thing"...on what basis would these people in this thread be disagreeing?

it seems to me that the criticism of crack largely comes from ignorance and inexperience.  but those are the cats that are missing out.

Some people drink their own urine.
They might say "a little bit of my own urine here and there, in moderation, is an enjoyable thing".
And you're right, I've got no basis to disagree cause I've never tried it.
I guess I'm ignorant and inexperienced.

^^
uh.... i dont think i need to try it to know that its something stupid to fuck with. i dont think i'm missing out on anything.

i didn't say it was smart to fuck with it, i said it was good; in an enjoyable sense.

the thing with crack, is that it leads to strong addiction, and its hard to do in moderation like you say.

there are alot of people that have tried crack, people that use crack sporadically, that know that crack is enjoyable.  because the shit is so addictive, people know not to make a habit out of it.  the ones that fail become addicted, many ruin their lives.  all i'm saying is alot of people dismiss that shit off hand; when the reality of the situation is that if they tried it they'd find that it's good.  find that they liked it.

the shit is very similar to the apples on the tree of life, for those familiar with judaic mythology.  those apples were clearly good; but something that chick in the story clearly shouldn't have fucked with.

Quote
no one smokes crack every once in awhile just to get high. they either fucks with it on an addiction basis, or dont do it at all.

there are lots of people that have tried it, liked it, but not pursued it further after that.

Quote
ive never done it myself, but i have had my set of friends that have fucked with it, and ive seen nothing but bad side effects from them. a lot of crackheads wish that they never took that shit in the first place.

i've seen people ruin their lives, mothers and fathers ruin their families over crack.  no question, that shit can be disasterous once a person is addicted.  i'm not saying smoke crack once a week or once a month.  that's too frequent.  once it becomes a patterm or routine, people speed up the routine and become addicted.  i'm saying sporadic use, and that's ok.  people have different tolerances.

Quote
and please dont come with all this shit, that doing crack in moderation is fine, crack has disparaged countless neighborhoods and communities.

personal responsibility.  it's an accumulation of factors that allow things like crack to destroy communities.  i'd  argue that communities destroy themselves, or some communities are not strong enough to resist things like crack.  but don't blame it on the crack like the people aren't to blame for their own actions..  i'm tempted to start a thread in train of thought to debate this issue further.
the bottom line is that these cats in this thread that are disparaging crack are just scared to try it.  scared like one hit is going to have them addicted, like if they tried it they couldn't walk away.  scared of the unknown.

and crack has an unfairly bad rep.   people don't have this same sort of negative reaction to heroin, or opium, or crystal meth, or even coke.  it's not fair.

LMFAOOOOOO@"missing out" on crack. This is just too hilarious for me...You're way out of line, homie. I'll leave it at that and let you crackheads break down the pros and cons of crack-smoking...

I'll be the first to say I'm proud to be inexperienced in the crack department. As far as ignorant? I know enough about the consequences to know that the pleasure isn't worth it.
