Hmmmmmm...not really feeling it. The scrambled voice could've been cool if it was only used for the intro, but it fucks up the entire song. It reminds me a bit of Pac's earlier material (2Pacalypse, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z.) with that dark voice...
