I have a lot of respect for that guy. I was born a Lutheran before becoming a believer in Islam, but I never learned about this guy until recently. I think he had a lot of courage to point out all the hypocricies and corruptions in the church of the time.

hes da man, i look up to him R.I.P. Martin, we got love for you and won't forget you. He not only helped gain freedom for blacks but all colored people in america, because if you werent white, you were colored, and me and my family are not white.

I was just giving Doggy hell because he hasn't heard of Martin Luther. I kind of feel bad now, though, because it was Martin Luther King day, lol so it was kind of easy to get confused I guess.

I don't know a TON about him, but I do have an opinion, although it might be an ignorant one. I think yes, he was very brave. However, I don't really see the importance of him as an individual, there were undoubtedly hundreds like him over the years who tried the same things, or thought the same things. I guess he was more successful than them, though, so we can applaud that.

LOL, god this is too funny, i aint gonna hate, for a sec i though we were tlakin bout MLK jr, but yea, martin luther, despite me not believing in rleigion, is a fuckin hero, wat he did is so fuckin coragous to go against the chruch at that time, i think if it wasnt for him, the catholic church would get a lot worst over the years, its funny that present day protestants are beigning to look more like the catholics before martin luther...

and trauma i guess your right, that there were many, i dont know about hundreds... but what made him so famous is that he succeeded, like many had the opinions and were too scared, he confronted the church like a mofo, he didnt care. like was it galileo or the other guy who theorized the heliocentric theory, but just kept it hidden in his books, because was too scared to show it

That's the main thing that gets me. I mean, the guy nailed all the problems with the Catholic Church on doors! That's a person who would stand up for the cause no matter what.
