Who the fuck said Vin Baker? I meant someone like Hakeem or Ewing...Kobe couldn't be replaced. Penny Hardaway couldn't do it...Not Eddie Jones...Not even Wade can compliment Shaq's game nearly as much as Kobe did, and they're supposedly "friends".

MAn you Laker guys are so unrealistic its unbeliavble. Shaq leaves for miami , the lakers miss the playoffs and get bounced in the first round while the heta go form a first round exit to a conference final apperence and a championship and you guys call him a bum wow.

He will play 55-60 games sit out a ocuple of games because lets face it at his age and hes what 7-1 320 its hard to get around as much its harder on the knees and hips and he will come strong in the playoffs.

HISTORICALLY shaq has done better against the tim duncan and the spurs than garnett has, with and without kobe. when portland was good shaq did better against the blazers than garnett as well. you know why because of the power game in the middle that shaq offered and dominated....plus that and his ability to get his teammates open shots.....garnett is a good scorer yes but he doesn't disrupt another teams defense like shaq. just because garnett and kobe are friends and are able to set each other up with prettier plays doesn't mean they would have more games than with shaq, Shaq is/was a bonefied leader and wouldn't step down from anyone, BOTH KG and Kobe are struggling leaders

When you have talent like that along with a guy like Phil, there's no way it won't work. Kobe had to have been the most patient player ever in the history of the league, knowing he coulda' been the best player on any other team, yet still deferring to Shaq up until Shaq's bitch ass left, despite the fact that the offense shoulda' definitely ran through Kobe the second half of the Kobe-Shaq era...LMAO@Kobe being a struggling leader. Shaq could not keep that weight down his last couple of years with LA. That and with him getting older and the lingering injuries it has just carried over to Miami. He is dominant for a couple of games here and there but other than that he is just playing out the rest of that monster contract. I am not going to touch the whole Shaq vs Kobe & Lakers thing because I was not there. But physically Shaq is beat up.

Let me be real with you Jacob. I find it particulary exciting for the Lakers to beat the Heat and i love to see Shaq struggling/loosing. Why? For a lot of reasons. I'll list them in order of importance:
1- We traded him. I simply hope he goes bad so i won't have to say 300 blasphemies a day repeating "if only we didn't trade Shaq!"
2- Laker haters supported Shaq when he left. And even the refs wanted Heat to win the title last year. And the NBA didn't give Kobe the deserved MVP throphy. So i gotta go with Kobe. Kobe represents us in this moment. He's Mr.Lakers. I'm with him. Against his rival Shaq.
3- Shaq dissed Laker fans, the city of Los Angeles and Jerry Buss.
4- I can't stand Heat fans. 90% of them are supporting them just because of Wade and Shaq, and not because they're loyal Heat fans. It's like Cavs fans. I'm a Laker fans since when Ceballos used to go surfing during P.O., and Nick used to punch refs. I'm a Laker fan since this guy was our go-to-guy.

Once again, man. Here in Europe nobody knows him. Not only him, but baseball in general. They never show baseball games on tv, never talk about them in the news.. Instead basketball is the 2nd most followed sport in Europe (after "soccer"), and everybody knows the NBA and Kobe Bryant. They even showed his trial in the news, here. Like a real superstar. Bonds might be a better celebrity there, maybe. But outside the States it's A FACT he's a nobody. A FACT. Believe me.
