Other obvious ones are RAW and Rhythm-al-ism. For best, I agree with Regulare, also Return Of The Regulator is tight as hell, and so is Twinz Conversation.

thats fuckin terrible and jayo felony, crip hop is pretty bad. An independent i do like is the thug lordz album cover.

I dunno if I'd call this the worst, but it's certainly quite ironic. And by that, I mean it's ironic when you consider that Tray Deee is a member of the Nation of Islam, yet that cover is something you'd associate with American patriotism.

All Eyez On Me was awesome cover too. straight up let everyone know what the cd was all about, some west coast g shit.
I also liked Pharcyde - Bizzarre Ride 2
i liked dre 2001 too. that shit was real plain but real clean at the same time, maybe just cos im a minimalist.. but i liked it.

but i'd have to give up the all t ime best cover EVER in any genre of rap/hip hop to Kokane - Bakin Soda Free.. that shit is harder than a motherfucker.
