The rap industry is overcrowded with new artists trying to break through, and our job here at dubcnn is to filter out the dope from the weak and let you hear the most promising talents coming up.
Today, I'd like to familiarize ya'll with South Central rapper Grown Mo, who has been generating a buzz with his current mixtape "So Serious Vol. 1". He's been working closely with Bay Area producer Deep H2OZ, who's beats ya'll heard on some recent Prophet shit I brought ya'll.
I have two preview tracks from the mixtape for ya'll, the first called "Dubs Up", where Mo borrows Mack 10's "Like That" beat, and the second one called "Dre Shit", where he gets together with the Bay Area's Prophet and K-Bristo to wreck Dre's "Ackrite" beat. Check them out below:

He's currently working on "So Serious Vol. 2" with Dow Jones aswell as his label Bonfire Entertainment. He's also into acting, starting next to The Rock in the upcoming Gridiron Gang movie.
