SPIDER LOC!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Lynch or Nickatina or Suga Free
-
To me Spice-1 always had the best flow, that is what stood out about him. I also think WC excelled in this area as well.
-
Doggy Dogg
-
snoop at his peak

Young Snoop Dogg had the best flow of any rapper that ever lived.
-
i think Defari has had the best and most unique flow out of most west coast artists
-
Flow? Its gotta be the 93 Snoop. NO ONE can top that.
-
Snoop hands down.
DJ Quik is top five....I would put Suga Free on a personal list, but I can see why everybody might not agree, same with E-40.
Crooked I and Sly Boogy are at least Top 10.
I might put Daz over Kurupt, because his flow was always better...Kurupt just had th better lyrics.
-
Snoop '93 the best flow ever in Hip Hop.
-
93 snoop and Tash for me. Tash is way too fuckin smooth with his delivery. like his cadence and the whole 9 and just how his words and delivery seem to bounce. its crazy.
-
Crooked I in his prime. I havent checked for dude lately so I dunno how he's doing now.
-
Snoop hands down.
When Snoop Dogg was on point, no one in hip hop could stop him.

Snoop on The Chronic and Doggystyle...
*bumps The Shiznit*

Paris Hilton

Personally...Ice Cube's flow was never the greatest. His delivery, emotion n aggressiveness, and voice were always top notch, and to go with his once amazing lyrics, he was still the total package. I might even say Ren's flow was better than his during the NWA times. Cube's flow was usually slowed down and simple for the most part.
I really haven't heard enough of Brotha Lynch Hung to make a fair judgment on him.
-
DOGGY DOGG ALL DAY!!! He can change his pitch and flow in a song to be smooth or straight gangsta. His flow changed alot over the years but he is showing that he has got that flow back with the few track I have heard on this new album. When Snoop is hungry, can't nobody fuck with Snoop. It is not so much what he says but how he says it.

Snoop Doggy Dogg had the best flow ever.
"I once knew a bitch named mandy mae
Used ta be all in them guts like every day"
was the hardest shit ever. Nobody else even close, even in his stratosphere. Even hard fuckers like M.C. Ren weren't that fucking hard compared to Snoop's flow when he first started out. Snoop's still got it flow wise when he wants to, too.
-
Actually everybody will be surprised to hear that Mack 10 probally has one of the better flows but flows is not saying he's the best rapper or lyrically its just he has a smooth ass flow !!!!!!!! 8) 8)
-
I never felt his much. I mean it's good but about everybody's is good in my opinion. He was great on "I want it all" btw.
-
