3) Goldy (The Danderous Crew)

To me Spice-1 always had the best flow, that is what stood out about him.  I also think WC excelled in this area as well.

Snoop hands down.

DJ Quik is top five....I would put Suga Free on a personal list, but I can see why everybody might not agree, same with E-40.

Crooked I and Sly Boogy are at least Top 10.

I might put Daz over Kurupt, because his flow was always better...Kurupt just had th better lyrics.

93 snoop and Tash for me. Tash is way too fuckin smooth with his delivery. like his cadence and the whole 9 and just how his words and delivery seem to bounce. its crazy.
